I am running for my father, Jong Yong Park, who is a resilient human being and the greatest father. He was a World War II orphan, a child homeless, and later he became an entrepreneur providing safe home for his family. He provided college tuitions for many individuals for years and helped his childhood friends with funding for their startups.
Whenever I face challenges, I think about his story of the one rainy night he was standing under the roof trying to sleep with no food for the last 3-4days.
He went through unthinkable hardships, but he always has been generous to anyone encounters. Most of all, he was caring and the greatest father for his children including myself. Love you, father!
