I am running the Lilly Barrack Ladies Night One Medal 5K out of respect for my friend Roseanne M. and her late daughter Emily. Roseanne and her family lost Emily to Angiosarcoma in January of 2022. Emily was only 27 years old and was a wonderfully loving, kind, hardworking young woman and is greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Roseanne handles the insurmountable task of moving forward thru life without Emily with quiet strength, grace and dignity. She strives to be present and supportive for her other children and to love and spoil her grandchildren and great grandchildren. When I run this weekend, I run for Roseanne.
