Recently God gave me the opportunity to participate in the Run to Remember 1/2 Marathon on Memorial Day 2024 Boston. What an amazing and privileged opportunity. I am a lifelong medical professional, a cancer patient, wife of 34 years & friend to many. However, I ran this race in honor of a friend and also a hero hinself, a Navy Seal, father of 3, husband to a wife he adores and he loyally served our country as a Medic. His name is Cory and he is now in need of our prayers and your support as he is facing unsurmountable adversity with lung cancer. I sent my medal in his honor and a letter to his family for all that he has done for all of us. We remember, we are grateful and we stand behind him to lift him up on this day.
